Intent to Graduate card
File your advisor approved Intent to Graduate Card no later than June 13, 2008. If you are unable to graduate, it is your responsibility to re-file an Intent to Graduate Card by the deadline for the next graduation term in which you intend to graduate. If you have already paid for the graduation fee, you DO NOT have to repay the fee. (For more information, see University General Requirements for all Baccalaureate Degrees on page 44-45 of the Undergraduate Bulletin.) Get measured for academic attire at Graduation Planning Day
ASU will be holding their “Graduation Planning Day” on Wednesday, June 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the ASU Bookstore. You will be measured for your cap and gown during this time and will also have an opportunity to purchase additional graduation supplies. If you cannot make this date you will have another opportunity the week of graduation to be measured the same day you pick up your academic attire.
Official record of all transfer / correspondence work
An official record of all transfer and/or correspondence work must be on file in the Registrar's office (undergraduate) or Graduate School by July 18, 2008.
Graduation fees
You MUST register for one of the term graduation fee sections to assess the graduation fee. If you failed to do this, you may pay the graduation fee at the Cashiers' Window in the Office of Finance. (Trouble finding the graduation fee section on Self Service? Click here for instructions.)
Note: CRNA students are still required to register for the graduate fee but their program will cover the cost.
Requirements must be met to walk
A student must have all requirements completed to be eligible to participate in a commencement ceremony. A student may not "walk" at the ceremony in advance of completing degree requirements.
