How to enter textbook information in Self Service
Textbooks can be entered in Self Service by clicking "Faculty Services," selecting "Syllabus Information," and then choosing your course. Please do not enter anything in the "Long Section Title" textbox on the syllabus form. You may enter your required textbook in the "Required Materials" textbox. In addition, you may add as much information as you wish in the following textboxes: Course URL, Learning Objectives, and Technical Requirements.

Why is textbook entry important?
ACT 175 of 2007 requires textbook adoptions to be provided to the bookstore earlier and provides a deadline for each semester. By supplying data to the bookstore using their form and supplying the textbook data in Self Service, students are also able to easily find what texts are required.
